Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a return and refund option under the following conditions:

 

• Return Window: Items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the item must remain unopened and in its original packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return or refund.

• Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

• Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
